White Cotton Peonies

This post has been a long time coming, so I’m really sorry for the delay. Life seems to have got in the way recently and it’s only just dawned on me that Christmas is literally around the corner… well 14 sleeps, but what’s fortnight between friends?

I’m always being asked for gift ideas (either by those who want to get something for me and are losing the will to live as I’m so difficult to buy for) or my guy friends who want a cheat list to a happy girlfriend. Either way, this gift list should hopefully provide you with a little bit of inspiration (regardless of your budget).

Gift List

1. Tod Gommino Driving Shoes in Nubuck – £298

These Tod Gommino loafers from the new range are simply gorgeous with their front fringed panel, metal brooch with hexagonal studs and trademark rubber pebble soles. I personally love this iced blue shade, perfect with jeans and a simple white cotton shirt and there’s no chance of you aerating the polo lawn next summer with these beauties on.

2. Selina Scott Goatees – £9.95

For anyone who wants a little luxury in their lives, simply try switching out the normal socks that you wear day to day and replacing them with these beauties. Made of mohair and nylon, they’re beautiful and soft, making slogging around London so much easier when you’re running from meeting to meeting. If you’re like me, they’re also worth packing in your handbag if you get cold on flights! Top tip for you right there.

3. Omorovicza Blue Diamond Resurfacing Peel – £145

By far my favourite skincare brand in the world. I discovered Omorovicza a couple of years ago after Caroline Hirons first mentioned it on her blog. Seeing such praise from her made my spend more on skincare than I normally would on food for the month, but I’ve never looked back. This Diamond Blue Skin Peel is one of the newest items to be added to the range and is perfect to banish dry skin cells, keeping you looking young and rejuvenated. What’s not to love?

4. Aromatherapy Associates The Star – £10.00

This is a gorgeously rich bath and shower oil called Inner Strength. Made of clary sage, frankincense and cardamom essential oils, add a few drops of this to your warm bath at the end of the day and you’ll be perfectly relaxed and ready for bed. This super cute packaging also makes it a lovely surprise to hang from the tree.

5. Kenzo Embellished Fleece Sweatshirt – £180

Ever have one of those days where you really want to be comfie but still scream style? Yeah, me too. This is perfect for teaming with some ripped skinny jeans and biker boots for an effortlessly chic look. One of my faves for the season.

6. Aromatherapy Associates Bath Jewels – £28.00

Aromatherapy Associates make it into the list again – testament to how good their products are – an easy win with girls. This gift pack contains 3 of the brand’s award winning bath and shower oils. The blends include Deep Relax, De-Stress Mind and Revive Morning. Each measuring 7.5ml, they’re also perfect to pack if you travel lots like me.

7. Anya Hindmarch Georgiana Printed Texture Leather Clutch – £595

I adore this clutch by Anya Hindmarch. Perfect for adding a bit of fun to any outfit, whilst a decent enough size to be able to fit your keys, purse, mobile, lippy and all those other essentials that seem so important at the time. I personally think it would look awesome teamed with a black outfit or the Kenzo sweater above. Just saying.

Hopefully that gives you some food for thought and helps relieve a little of the stress associated with finding the perfect gift. You still have 14 days until Christmas… thank the lord for internet shopping. Yo ho ho!
