White Cotton Peonies

Mini brand crush: NEXT

It’s a brand many of us grew up with. If you’re anything like me, you’ll vividly remember your parents queuing at mad’o’clock for their sale and no doubt your first suit for your interview came from there.

Yet, somehow so many years down the line, NEXT have the ability to stay relevant in a massively competitive market place. At a time where it’s hip to discover Scandi mums on Instagram, NEXT are up there with the best of them when it comes to baby clobber and it won’t break the bank either.

If I’m honest, I’d originally gone to NEXT to stock up on mini-me essentials like their really good value vests and bodysuits which are great quality and wash up like new no matter what you throw at them. However, as soon as I hit the baby section, I was amazed by just how good (and extensive) their range is.

Our current favourites include this amazing yellow fox jacket (I’ve got an obsession with twinning so of course it helped they had a grown adult version ?). It’s probably one of the only jackets Bells doesn’t cry in when I put it on (so I’m assuming it’s comfie for her) and waterproof meaning you don’t have to worry too much about those April showers.

If you follow me on Insta, you’ll be well aware that I love to dress Bells as an animal… be it a fox, a cub, a unicorn…. ok, maybe not a unicorn. NEXT have plenty of options to fill my small animal quota, such as this amazing fox hat….

And kitty dungarees! The dungarees have clearly been designed by somebody with an actual baby (which is always helpful!) as they’re easy to do up and have poppers in all of the right places. It’s great that it comes as an outfit as well with the cute little vest as it means one less thing to have to buy (and think about!).

I can’t recommend NEXT highly enough. Definitely the King of the high street….

*Please note that whilst the gorgeous goodies may have been sent to us from NEXT, I would not feature them unless I really loved them. No bias here!
